@name: Name of the metadata being specified. The default value for this attribute is "lomContext".
@value (REQUIRED): The learning context for this content. Allowable values are "school", "highereducation", "training", "other", or Using the -dita-use-conref-target value.
@datatype: Available for describing the type of data contained in the value attribute for this metadata element. The default value is the empty string "".
