Need to filter the content visible in the portal to the users profile and permissions.

Solution

Portal Content Filtering

When you associate a Project with a Portal, by default, all the content of that Project becomes available through the Portal. However, you can filter the content for the Portal by assigning Metadata filters. For all content that is tagged with the metadata values set in your global or dynamic filters in the portal adminstration module you can

• Filter the contetn from a Project available through a Portal

• Enable your users to filter their search results usign Metadata values

The portal adminstrator can configure the Titania Delivery portal with Metadata types to be used Search Facets to filter the results as desired.
